Guest Policy

  1. A log of all guests will be kept at the counter in the clubhouse by the Manager.  All guests may sign the registry when they purchase their shoot tickets.  Club members bringing guest(s) must insure compliance with this provision.
  2. No guest can shoot on a Member’s shoot card.  They must purchase shoot tickets in the clubhouse when they register as a guest.
  3. A guest who resides locally may visit the club four times to shoot.  After four visits the guest must join the club, or register to participate in the organized leagues, in order to return to shoot.  These guests will pay the current non-member fee per round.  The number of visits by a guest will be monitored using the “sign-in” log book.
  4. Former club members who have dropped their membership cannot shoot as a guest.  They must renew their membership in order to shoot at the club.  However, a former member whose membership was dropped due to moving away from the area may shoot as a guest within the parameters of this policy when visiting the area (item 5 or 6).
  5. Non-resident guests (e.g., visiting family or flub members, persons in town on business / vacation) are not limited for four visits and may shoot as a guest for the term of their business not to exceed a month.  After one month, guests may join the club to continue their shooting activity.  These guests will pay the current guest shooting fee.
  6. Non-resident guests who present proof of membership in another gun club where they live or current membership in the ATA, NSSA, or NSCA will not be limited to four guest visits and may shoot as often as desired while in town for a period not to exceed one (1) month.   After one month, guests may join the club to continue their shooting activity.  These guests will pay the current member single ticket fee for shooting.
  7. Non-resident guests (item 5 & 6) here for an extended visit (e.g., a temporary or seasonal job relocation) will have the option of joining the club on a temporary pro-rated basis for a period not to exceed three (3) consecutive months.  Exceptions to this may be considered by the Executive Committee on a case-by-case basis.  Temporary membership will allow the person to have full shooting privileges at the current member prices; however, they cannot serve as a director or official of the club, and they will not have voting privileges.
